Field Service Engineer

Medical & Cosmetic Laser Systems

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our medical and cosmetic laser systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on laser systems.
  2. Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
  3. Travel to customer sites to perform maintenance and repairs.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  1. Strong electronics service and repair background.
  2. Engineering qualification (BTEC, HNC, NVQ) or equivalent.
  3. Ability to travel to customer sites.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
