Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional sales results by driving store KPIs and leveraging data to inform and engage the team.
  • Create a customer-focused ethos among the team, ensuring everyone works collaboratively to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.
  • Motivate and lead the retail store team, supporting and developing colleagues to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement visually stunning visual merchandising displays that showcase our gorgeous collections.
  • Ensure exceptional organisation and delegation, upholding all processes and procedures for a structured and safe work environment.
