About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Sport team at Press Box PR. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving the growth of our sport sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet client objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients on digital PR, SEO, and content marketing
  • Manage and execute digital PR campaigns, including link-building and content creation
  • Collaborate with creative and media relations teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including pitching and lead generation

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing account management role, preferably in the sport sector
  • Strong understanding of digital PR, SEO, and content marketing
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience working with budgets and managing client expectations
  • Knowledge of the sports industry and media landscape
