We're seeking a talented individual to join our dedicated team of support staff at Bay Leadership Academy, a secondary school for 11 to 16 year olds in Morecambe.

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital role in fostering a caring and supportive learning environment for our students. Your experience of pastoral care will be invaluable in ensuring our learners' welfare is at the heart of the school.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills. You will have the ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of outstanding pastoral care to our students.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide administrative support to the pastoral team.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
