Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our successful team in Bexhill. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for dealing with your own caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills & Probate, Estate Administration, Inheritance & Tax Planning, Power of Attorney, and Trusts. You will communicate with clients and third parties while maintaining accurate records of all actions taken. Additionally, you will monitor and delegate work to your Assistant, maintaining client and colleague relationships and frequently communicating with them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal with your own caseload of Private Client matters
  • Communicate with clients and third parties
  • Maintain accurate records of all actions taken
  • Monitor and delegate work to your Assistant
  • Maintain client and colleague relationships

Requirements:
  • A Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Great communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under your own initiative and manage your time and workload appropriately
