Graduate Structural Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate to join our civil and structural design consultancy in Cardiff. As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will work on a variety of projects, including steel, concrete, and masonry design, and have the opportunity to work on projects from conception to completion.

Our client offers an excellent training program, which will allow you to work on design, project management, and drafting, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the design environment. You will be offered a competitive salary, including pension contribution and bonus schemes, and work in a supportive and creative environment with friendly and engaging staff.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong degree in civil or structural engineering, with a 2:1 or first-class MEng. Previous experience in steel or concrete design is beneficial, and a working knowledge of CAD is advantageous. You will also need to demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a hardworking and proactive approach to work.

We are open to considering candidates who are close to Bridgend, but we are also happy to consider those who are willing to relocate. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic graduate looking to start your career in civil and structural engineering, we would love to hear from you.
