Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Automotive Education Specialist to join their team. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching and assessment for FE, apprenticeship, and full-cost Automotive Engineering programmes.

Job Description
  • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our automotive training programs.
  • The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 or IMI Level 3 in Automotive Engineering and have a strong background in the field.
  • You will be responsible for nurturing and developing the next generation of vehicle technicians in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching and assessment for FE, apprenticeship, and full-cost Automotive Engineering programmes.
  • Developing and implementing effective training strategies to meet the needs of learners.
  • Maintaining partnerships with leading companies in the automotive sector.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or IMI Level 3 in Automotive Engineering.
  • Strong background in the field of automotive engineering.
  • Passion for passing on knowledge to others.

About the Role:

  • This is a day-based role, Monday to Friday, off the tools.
