We are a dynamic and innovative company in the vacation rental industry, seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Public Relations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Marketing and Public Relations Executive to lead our marketing efforts and help us achieve our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and public relations, with a passion for the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to promote our products and services, including social media, email marketing, and event marketing.
  • Manage Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to promote our brand and products.
  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, customer service, and product development teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Measure and Evaluate Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • Marketing and Public Relations Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Tools and Software: Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and data analytics platforms.
