Private Client Tax Manager / Senior Manager

Role:

Quinton Davies is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Tax Manager / Senior Manager to join our Bristol team.

Duties & Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax compliance work on a client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review and provide feedback on the work of more junior staff, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Deal with HMRC correspondence, including enquiries, and provide technical advice to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, built on trust and confidence in your ability to deliver high-quality services.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and proactively address their needs.
  • Provide technical guidance to less experienced members of the management team.

Experience, Attributes and Qualifications required:

  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance issues, including GDPR, Money Laundering, and Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance.
  • Supervisory experience of accounts staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and colleagues.
