About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic SEN School in Caerphilly County. The successful candidate will work with small groups of students with ASD aged 8-12, providing support and guidance to help them overcome challenging behaviors and mobility issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a Teaching Assistant with small groups of students with ASD aged 8-12
  • Demonstrate high levels of patience and empathy when dealing with challenging behavior
  • Create and maintain a safe, positive learning environment
