Vanta Staffing Limited is a reputable staffing agency based in High Wycombe, providing top talent to the estate agency industry.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Industry Inspector to join our team. As a Property Industry Inspector, you will be responsible for carrying out property inspections, visiting between 5-8 properties each day, and writing comprehensive reports.

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £25,000 basic plus commission. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm, and every third Saturday 9am-1pm.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative, report writing, and communication skills. A proactive and self-motivated work ethic with the ability to work independently is essential. Any previous experience in the property or estate agency industry is highly desirable.

In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a professional and presentable appearance, as well as a full UK driving license.

As a Property Industry Inspector, you will be responsible for:

  • Booking and carrying out property inspections
  • Visiting between 5-8 properties each day
