About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated and passionate Reception Teacher to join our team of education professionals in Swindon and Wiltshire. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with local primary schools, providing high-quality teaching and support to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students in Reception classes
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve school goals and objectives
  • Provide support and guidance to students, parents, and colleagues as needed

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 months' teaching experience in the past 4 years
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A PGCE, QTS, or QTLS qualification
