Role Overview:

As a Personal Assistant to the Brand Manager at Pendragon Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across the United Kingdom. Your primary responsibility will be to execute the sales process from initial enquiry to aftercare, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generating new customer enquiries by identifying business opportunities and building strong personal and professional relationships
  • Creating exceptional experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial enquiry all the way through to aftercare
  • Driving brand awareness through social media, events and online presence whilst keeping our customers informed of brand and product news/developments
  • Meeting the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in curating unforgettable customer experiences, coupled with a relentless drive to consistently surpass sales and aftercare targets
  • Expertise in managing brand awareness, demonstrated through the orchestration and promotion of events that resonate with luxury target audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effortlessly build trust and rapport, which is at the heart of our customer relationships
  • Familiarity with products and services within the automotive and retail landscape, preferably within luxury brands
  • Confidence and experience with computer systems, and hold a full UK driving licence – you will be attending various events and customer meetings across the UK
  • Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
  • Commitment to doing the right thing, and treating our customers fairly, continuously learning to ensure you build your level of knowledge to be able to work in a regulated environment
