About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Coordinator to join our team at Bath & North East Somerset Council. As a Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in leading the day-to-day running of our service, ensuring that individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism receive the highest level of support and care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and supervising support workers in their job roles
  • Supporting the manager and deputy manager to maintain the rota and allocate staff duties
  • Overseeing and maintaining packages of support
  • Supporting service users 1:1 in a person-centred way in their own homes
  • Ensuring the delivery of care in accordance with CQC standards and regulations

We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and passionate about giving individuals the best experience possible. If you have transferable skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care, we would love to hear from you.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has support work experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Has transferable skills
  • Is able to work in a physically demanding role
