About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at ATA Recruitment. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance engineers in the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair electrical components such as sensors, e-stops, motors, and relays.
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance on mechanical components such as belts, bearings, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • React to breakdowns and electrical and mechanical fault finding.
  • Support asset care engineers in the maintenance and repair of assets.

About You

To be considered for this role, you should have a recognized level 3 (or above) engineer qualification, such as City and Guilds, NVQ, BTEC, HND, or HNC. You should also be happy to work days and nights and have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
