Eurofins UK Forensic Services is a leading provider of forensic testing solutions, with a network of laboratories across the UK and Europe. We are seeking a highly skilled DNA Analyst to join our team in the DNA Centre based in Birchwood Park.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking testing and documentation of samples with minimal supervision, following standard operating procedures and required timescales. This will include STR Profiling of various exhibits and samples, as well as DNA extraction, quant, PCR, analysis, and reporting of results.
As a DNA Analyst, you will be expected to adhere to good lab practice (GLP) and quality systems, and perform housekeeping duties including sample archiving and disposal, laboratory cleaning, maintenance of equipment, and monitoring stock levels.
