SAP Account Manager Position Overview


Birchman is seeking a skilled SAP Account Manager to manage and maintain relationships with our SAP clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to increase sales.


Key Responsibilities


As an SAP Account Manager, you will be responsible for:



  • Managing and developing relationships with existing SAP clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue by up-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Working with clients to understand their business needs and providing SAP solutions that meet those needs.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for prospective clients.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of SAP solutions to clients.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of SAP products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • A Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP account management or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.
  • Experience with SAP products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work remotely.
