About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Night Shift Chef to join our team at Sodexo in Derry. As a Night Shift Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our corporate colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and create mouth-watering dishes with a passion for perfection
  • Develop exciting and seasonal menus with your ideas
  • Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety
  • Contribute to a positive and innovative kitchen culture
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume setting
  • Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards

Package Details
  • 8:00pm-3:00am Shift Pattern: Week 1-Frid,Sat Sun, Mon & Thurs -3 5hrs & Week 2 - Tues & Wed - 14hrs
  • 25 hours per week
  • £12.44 - 13.64 per hour + Sodexo benefits
  • Full uniform and training provided
