Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in a thriving primary school in Northwich. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working collaboratively with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
  • Supporting students with special educational needs and adapting teaching methods to meet their requirements.
  • Preparation and organization of resources for lessons.
  • Classroom management and behavior monitoring.
  • Delivery of work set by the class teacher when required.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual with:

  • Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills.
  • Experience working in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with SEND.
