About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join our team as a Casual Caretaker.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all corporate accommodation sites are open, clean and fit for occupation on a daily basis.

Accommodation Services oversees the day-to-day management of all corporate accommodation and provides a comprehensive cleaning and caretaking service to over 230 sites throughout the East Riding of Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all sites
  • Providing a proactive approach to site maintenance and repairs
  • Working closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

What We Offer

As a Casual Caretaker with us, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of £23,500 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • 23 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata for part-time workers)
