About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at GCS Associates. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities and increase revenue
  • Raise quotations and secure orders from customers in the construction sector
  • Liaise with buying groups in the Housing sector to encourage spend and drive sales growth
  • Set up new customer accounts as required and maintain legacy client relationships
  • Be the focal point for all things new build housing and provide expert advice to customers
  • Assist with the creation of price lists and send price lists to allocated customers
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales role within the construction supply or building materials sector
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with a strong sales background and a proven track record of success
  • Team player with a detail-conscious and personable demeanor
  • Business-focused with a strong understanding of the construction sector
