Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee various activities at our operational sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed satisfactorily.
  • Conduct on-site visits to carry out audits and inspections, providing valuable insights to improve our operations.
  • Decide on and approve sample collection and analysis, ensuring that our water quality meets the highest standards.
  • Compile data and provide informative commentary for reports, helping our teams make informed decisions.
  • Support the Operations Scientist in responding to water quality-related calls and incidents, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Liaise with stakeholders internally and externally, representing Affinity Water in a positive and professional manner.
  • Support the delivery of projects within Water Quality Services, managing projects to time and quality, and managing risk.
  • Support the Water Quality Services team in delivering water quality-related training at all levels within the company and for external groups.
  • Deputise for the Operations Scientist, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
