About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Bupa. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the home, providing advice and support both face-to-face and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
  • Provide advice and support both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing
  • Deal with enquiries in a timely manner and ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • A friendly and approachable manner, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and internal teams
  • Dedicated and efficient with an ability to handle a varied workload

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.00
  • Permanent part-time contract with 16 hours per week
  • Weekend role working Saturday and Sunday, either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
