Job Title: HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Class 1 driver to join our team at WPRG LTD. As a Tramper driver, you will be responsible for delivering fresh produce in refrigerated trailers to our clients across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver fresh produce in refrigerated trailers to our clients
  • Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet delivery deadlines
  • Ensure all vehicles are maintained to a high standard and report any issues to the maintenance team
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including tachograph and DCPC requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years experience as an HGV Class 1 driver
  • Valid HGV Class 1 licence, tachograph and DCPC
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights

Working Conditions:

  • Long distance delivery of fresh produce in refrigerated trailers
  • Weekend work, including Saturday and Sunday shifts
  • Night out shifts available
  • Minimum 10 hours per shift guaranteed

Payment Information:

  • LTD company pay rates: £21 per hour on Saturday, £22 per hour on Sunday, £25 per night out
