Finance Manager Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Get-Recruited (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for implementing key processes such as monthly accounting calendars, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, financial accounting reporting, cost accounting, and MI reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in implementing financial processes and managing relationships with external accountancy partners. You will be responsible for producing end-to-end monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliation, commentary, and MI reporting. You will also be responsible for managing the relationship with our external accountancy partner and ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate and timely.

We are looking for a candidate who is fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA and has experience as a Management Accountant, Finance Manager, or Financial Controller. You will be confident in using accounting systems such as Xero and have an intermediate or advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel. You will also be able to work autonomously remotely and be prepared to attend team meetings in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement monthly accounting calendars, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Produce end-to-end monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliation and commentary
  • Manage relationships with external accountancy partners
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Work autonomously remotely and attend team meetings in London

Requirements:

  • Full CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification
