Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business and ICT to join our team at Dixons Trinity Chapeltown. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our business and ICT strategy, ensuring that our school remains at the forefront of educational innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business and ICT strategy that aligns with the school's vision and goals
  • Lead and manage a team of business and ICT professionals to ensure the effective delivery of our strategy
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and teachers to integrate business and ICT into the curriculum and school operations
  • Ensure the effective use of technology to support teaching and learning, and to enhance the student experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote the school's business and ICT interests
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who has a proven track record of leading business and ICT initiatives in a school or educational setting. The successful candidate will have:

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, students, and external partnersProven experience of developing and implementing business and ICT strategies, with a focus on innovation and improvementStrong technical skills, with experience of using a range of business and ICT systems and toolsWhat We Offer
