About the Role

TSR Legal Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our team in Bridgend. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fee earners and assisting with the progression of residential conveyancing matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
  • Progressing residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Coordinating exchanges and ensuring timely completion of transactions
  • Providing exceptional client service and communication
  • Assisting with volume conveyancing, including leasehold transactions
  • Typing out audio dictations and maintaining accurate records

About You

  • Previous experience as a Residential Legal Assistant or CILEx with a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • A natural self-starter with a flexible and empathetic approach to client needs
  • Ambitious and able to follow a syllabus of learning and apply knowledge to deliver results
  • Excellent verbal and numerical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
