About the Role

Safran Seats is seeking a highly skilled PMO Engineering Specialist to contribute to the success of our engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will support the Project Chief Engineers and Engineering Project Leads in achieving their objectives, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project management and performance by analyzing data, interpreting results, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate key information to the engineering and business communities, ensuring effective decision-making and collaboration.
  • Contribute to simplifying and standardizing existing practices, proposing innovative solutions, and implementing management standards and documents.
  • Support resource and capacity planning, integrating inputs from multiple functions and the wider business.
  • Coach engineering teams on management tools and processes, addressing irregularities, and facilitating meetings and discussions.
  • Lead improvement activities, develop action plans, and facilitate meetings and group discussions.
  • Support One Safran processes and events, conduct benchmarking activities, and make recommendations for continuous process improvement.
