As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management and operation of the care home, ensuring the well-being and safety of the children in our care.

About the Role

The Deputy Manager will assist in leading the team to make a positive impact on the lives of children. You will motivate, train, and ensure all duties are performed correctly. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year referenceable experience working with children and young people, hold an NVQ Level 3/4 in Children Residential, and possess a full, valid UK driving license for both manual and automatic vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in the overall operation of the care home
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Ensure all duties are performed correctly and to a high standard
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff
