Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to lead our financial planning and strategy at BrisDoc Healthcare Services.

As a key member of the Executive Board, you will work closely with the CEO, Board, and senior leadership to shape and implement the financial and commercial strategy of BrisDoc. You will oversee the production of statutory accounts, management accounts, and financial reporting. About the Role:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy, ensuring the delivery of our commercial and financial objectives while safeguarding the long-term financial health of the organisation.
  • Lead strategic contract negotiations and performance monitoring, including working with commissioners and suppliers. Respond to market conditions, competitors, and patient needs to inform business planning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain high financial governance standards and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance and effective stewardship of funds.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing Finance Team, fostering professional development and organisational success.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in senior financial leadership within a complex organisation, ideally in healthcare or related sectors.
  2. Strong financial acumen and track record of implementing strategies that align with organisational goals.
  3. Experienced in contract management and procurement processes.
  4. Strong understanding of financial regulations, statutory reporting, and audit processes.
  5. An advocate of, and knowledgeable about, digitally enabled financial systems.
  6. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with relevant post-qualification experience, and/or qualification in business administration (or demonstrable equivalent experience).
Compensation Package:

£85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience
