Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Robert Walpole and Partners, a leading engineering consultancy based in Slough. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to high-profile projects, shape infrastructure development, and uphold our commitment to engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Direct and manage projects from initiation to successful completion, providing mentorship and guidance to project teams.
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain robust client relationships through effective communication and management, collaborating closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work synergistically with multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, structural engineers, and environmental specialists, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control processes to maintain the integrity of engineering designs, evaluating project deliverables to ensure adherence to the highest standards.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices, contributing to pioneering engineering solutions and sustainable practices.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, demonstrating a successful track record in project delivery.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a recognized institution, such as the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and advanced structural analysis tools.
