Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to lead our financial planning and risk management efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial growth, managing budgets, and ensuring effective financial systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing finance team. This role offers a competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial plans to drive business growth and profitability
• Manage large budgets and ensure effective financial forecasting and reporting
• Lead a high-performing finance team and provide guidance and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Royal Chartered Accountant (ACA) or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in financial leadership and management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for delivering value and efficiency in the use of public funds
