Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless delivery of resident care
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to meet resident needs
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and supply usage
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or equivalent level of responsibility
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high standards
  • Demonstrated knowledge of infection control and cleaning practices
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use relevant software systems
