Childcare Director

A WILDERNESS WAY LIMITED is a leading provider of residential care for children who have suffered trauma and adversity.

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our Multi-Building Registration under the new Ofsted Policy Guidance.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 months of experience managing a Residential Children's Home and extensive knowledge of SCCIF and Children's Home Regulations and Quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to our Operations Manager, manage the leadership, management, and operation of your service, supporting children who are predominantly with us for a period of around 4 months.
• Mentor and support our residential support workers to be the best they can be.
• Work in partnership with external agencies.
