The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work complies with engineering standards and Briggs/manufacturer specification/tolerances. They will also be responsible for carrying out inspection/checks on own work as it proceeds and ensuring that the equipment performs satisfactorily and is safe before handing back to the customer.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and a good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical principals. They will also be able to work independently and under pressure, and manage and prioritise their workload effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £36,029 pa, plus additional pay increase signed off for July 2024. Overtime is payable at x1.5 Monday – Saturday and x2 on Sunday. We also offer a contributory pension scheme with employer contributions up to 6%, profitshare bonus based on business performance, Paycare and eyecare health scheme, and future development and career opportunities.
