Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Leeds. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects and cultivating long-lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver multiple projects on time and within budget
  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the team
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills
  • Contribute to the development of the team and the organization

Requirements:

  • Relevant HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Substantial post-qualification experience working in an Architectural Practice
  • Strong technical abilities with Revit
  • Experience working on residential, commercial, and healthcare projects
  • Large-scale project experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working towards Chartership
  • Proven experience as a job runner/project lead
  • Comprehensive understanding of current regulations and legislations
