Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IPAF Operator to join our team as an IPAF Trainer, responsible for delivering training and development programs to internal and external customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career-advancement opportunity, with a focus on training and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery: Deliver IPAF and PASMA training to both internal and external customers on a daily basis.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure that statutory training requirements are met, and evaluate training and development programs to ensure they are effective.
  • Program Development: Amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Training Support: Provide support to line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either one-on-one or in groups.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, attending meetings, and participating in relevant courses.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in IPAF Operation with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Knowledge of access, platforms, lifting equipment, or specialist areas such as confined space or fall arrest.
  • Experience or qualifications in working at height.
