We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team as a Lead DevOps Engineer, Platform Development in Marlborough Office.

As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a small team of DevOps engineers, providing them with mentorship and supporting their professional development. You will also lead our DevOps and Infrastructure function, taking ownership of the team's working practices, quality, and effectiveness.

Our ideal candidate will have significant expertise in creating and maintaining deployment tools, with experience implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, preferably on Azure or AWS. They will also understand the dynamics and value of Agile, Lean, and DevOps.

The successful candidate will have a competitive salary, ranging from £80,000 to £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a minimum 5% time allocation for training, with tailored training opportunities.
