About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team at SW6 Associates Limited. As a Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing high-caliber candidates in contract positions with leading tech companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for contract roles within the technology sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our candidate database.
  • Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a contract recruiter, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and industry-specific requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Superior organisational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
