### Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team as a Senior Customer Engineer Scientific Data and AI. This role will involve working directly with big pharmaceutical clients to address enterprise customer problems for a cloud native data platform.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical customer support for cloud native data platform
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

### Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field
* Strong understanding of Python and AWS cloud services
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a remote environment
