Door Systems Engineer

TDRS has become one of the leading industrial door maintenance specialists due to increased demand from our customer base. We are now targeting an additional six Engineers to join our team, with one ideal location in South Wales. As an Industrial Door Engineer, you will install, service, maintain, and repair industrial doors, steel doors, high speed doors, roller shutters, and sectional doors.
Key Responsibilities
• Installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial doors, steel doors, high speed doors, roller shutters, and sectional doors
• Occasional work on loading bays and automatic doors if capable
• Basic electrical wiring and fault finding on electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment
Requirements
To succeed as an Industrial Door Engineer, you must have experience working on industrial doors, speed doors, and loading bay equipment. It would be ideal to have experience working on gates, barriers, and automatic doors. Additionally, relevant industry qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 Industrial Door Maintenance, CSCS Card, PASMA, IPAF, and a clean driving licence are required.
