About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Associate Employers Agent to join our team in South East London. As a specialist multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, we are looking for an individual with a strong background in the residential sector, particularly in large-scale new build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on residential sector projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the residential sector, with a strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing project requirements.
