Corporate Finance Specialist

Walker Lovell is a leading national business advisory firm with a specialist Corporate Finance team. The firm has achieved substantial growth and is now seeking a Partner level candidate to spearhead its M&A advisory offering in its Manchester office.

The team operates in the lower mid-market, working across various sectors and transaction types, including M&A, capital raisings, and special situations. They collaborate with Private Equity firms and have a strong presence in the region.

Ideal candidates will be ACA / ACCA qualified, although this is not essential. The role would suit a Director level candidate looking to make partnership or a Partner considering a lateral move. **Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead the M&A advisory team in Manchester
• Develop and execute strategic plans for clients
• Collaborate with Private Equity firms on transactions

• Director level experience or Partner level candidate
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and M&A
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
