Inventory and Systems Director

At Wincanton Trans European Limited, we are seeking an experienced Inventory and Systems Manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a perpetual inventory methodology to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Manage the Central Control Tower, ensuring all operating systems are running efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the Warehouse Management System to deliver high levels of service.
- Design and implement Continuous Improvement projects to enhance site culture and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders on any issues affecting operational performance.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- Able to demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Competitive salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
