We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated National Accounts Manager to join our team at NoteMachine UK Ltd - A Brink's Company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key national accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving growth opportunities to expand our presence and revenue in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products/services and resolve any issues
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client account status and performance
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services to clients
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with informed insights and recommendations
  • Understand account trends to drive increased performance and educate the business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially in PowerPoint and Excel)
