We are a dynamic company based in Tunbridge Wells, seeking a talented Finance Graduate to join our team. Our client is a leading player in the finance industry, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to their customers.

Salary:

£28,000 per annum, plus 25 days holiday, Bank Holidays, Pension, Private Medical, and Social Team Days.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our client's facilities, with a focus on financial analysis and operational support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day management of the operational running of client facilities to agreed service levels.
  • Processing sales ledger files, including manual charges and retentions.
  • Monitoring and reviewing client transactions against expected activity.
  • Maintaining audit trails for operational activity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a finance-based office role or relevant Degree or equivalent within Finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
