Future Engineering is committed to helping you build your career into management. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to transition into a role that offers a clear pathway towards becoming an Engineering Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Maintenance Engineer looking to advance in their career. You will oversee a team of five engineers, working in a dynamic food manufacturing environment with state-of-the-art equipment.

Your Responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer Will Include:

  1. Performing scheduled electrical maintenance on various industrial equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  2. Conducting repairs on electrical systems and mechanical tasks as needed.
  3. Supporting the engineering manager with daily operations.

Key Requirements

  1. A background in electrical maintenance and mechanical systems.
  2. Managerial Experience (desirable).
  3. Background in food manufacturing.

What We Offer

  • Days Role: Monday - Friday
  • Estimated Salary: £43,000 - £45,000 per annum + Overtime + Progression Into Management + Technical Development
