Quality Auditor Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Quality Auditor to provide Quality Assurance support to our site and ensure compliance with all company procedures. The successful candidate will assist managers in all areas of management and ensure total compliance with current legislation and total quality management.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Organize and cover all areas as required or provide adequate quality control cover for all areas of the Company.
* Investigate customer complaints and respond in writing, outlining preventive measures taken.
* Ensure raw material specifications are up to date.
* Maintain and update finished product specifications.
* Monitor the temperature monitoring system, report and record any discrepancies or faults to the appropriate department head.
* Conduct factory tours for visitors/customers as instructed by the Head of Technical.
* Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is maintained within all areas of the Company and that all current legislation, systems, and procedures are adhered to.
* Audit all QC paperwork on a daily basis according to BRC requirements.
* Validate/verify all technical paperwork as requested by the Head of Technical.

**Requirements**

* Knowledge of BRC, HACCP systems, and quality management systems.
* Specific customer technical requirements.
* Chilled food background.
* Team player and good communicator.
* Good IT, organizational, and planning skills.
* Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
* Food science degree or equivalent.
