Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team at Ocado Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for preparing orders for customers, working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy in your work.
Key Responsibilities- Picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes, handling goods with care and attention to detail.
- Receiving goods from suppliers and decanting products into totes, requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Loading individual totes into frames, which are then loaded into our delivery vans for our customers, as well as sorting and organizing totes coming back to site, dealing with returns, and helping with the in-house tote wash machine and sorting stock for our shop or charities we support.
- Picking and packing frozen items for customer orders into totes, requiring high standards and great care, as well as working in temperatures up to -25°.
- Must be over 18 years old.
- No previous experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on your feet, and mobile at all times, as well as carrying out repetitive tasks and potentially lifting up to 25kg weights.
- Ability to handle both meat and alcohol products.
