Key Responsibilities

  • Business Process Documentation and Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Needs Validation and Gap Analysis: Validate business needs and identify gaps between business requirements and standard Salesforce functionality, driving informed decision-making.

  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrate previous experience in project coordination and management, planning, scheduling, time management, and handling multiple deadlines.
